My family (2 parents and me) and I own currently own a condo. We plan to rent it out and move to a slightly bigger townhome. Maybe a 3 bedroom 2 bath with a basement
We were going to use the rent from the condo plus our incomes to finance our place… Any advice for a newbie on renting… and buying a place. (The townhouse would be my first new purchase).
Does anybody have a way of interviewing realtors?
Does anybody have a pre purchase list for townhomes
