about 4 months ago, got a free 2/1 SW from the park - needed cosmetic work (paint slung on the walls, food poured in the heater vents, spray paint on walls - easy-to-fix stuff) - fixed for about $500, sat for a couple months . . . still for sale, when I got a call from PM: “Want another free one?”
1980 1 bed, 12x48, floors melted from water leak in hall and bath, guy living in it needs out, and wants to dump this one. 1-2K in fixup required - we’ll see. . .
He bought my 2/1 for 3500 down, 175/mo for 39 months. And I got his for free - no trade-in desired nor required.
Another guy calls on my ad for another home, wants a small SW mover for his own property - will pay 5K . . . hmmmmmmm
I think “good 'nuf” just got better.
