Hi guys,
I am thinking about moving to Las Vegas simply because the place is exploding w/growth. I hear about 3000 people move there each month. I am not an expert on the area at all but I am assuming that the housing market must be exploding as well. Does anyone have any information about the housing market out there for investors? I am definitly interested in any information one might have…thanks alot:)

There are 5000 people that move in every month and 5000 people move out every month.
Las Vegas has never felt a recession, gas wars, or slow down in building $1B casino’s, houses going up on every piece of vacant land, motivated sellers in every casino that lose and motivated buyers that win.
Not much going on here:-) but there is always room for one more real estate investor, remember to bring Cash (not me I am already here) it keeps our economy green.
