My brother and I jointly own an LLC with a 50% share each. We have brought a residential property but the mortgage was taken out in his (my Brother’s) name.
We would like to transfer the beneficial ownership of the property to the LLC. Is the correct route trasfer the property into a Land Trust and then issue a quick to claim transferring my brother’s interest to the LLC?
Will this work, does it matter that the LLC is only 50% owned by my brother?

Good Day.
My name is Mr Allen Eddy. A merchant in London. I have been diagnosed with Esophageal cancer.
