Land in Florida possible MHP? - Posted by Bill Smith

I used to live down that way. I think they invented the toothbush close to there…otherwise it would have been called the teethbrush…

Just kidding (kind of). Check with the county and state on what it takes to setup a park, then start getting prices. I think you’ll find it isn’t something you’ll want to do when the land could probably be used for a better purpose (that close to the gulf with all of the development in the area, you might find you’d be better off a less cash intensive investment strategy) without the 10K per pad outlay for construction costs not to mention the zoning/legal stuff to get a new park approved.

Just my 2 cents

I have 5 acres 24 miles east of Panama City Fla in Wewahitcha Fla. and was wondering what it would take to setup a MHP? Any interest in this problem? Thanks in advance.
