L/O offer on agent listed home PROBLEMS??? - Posted by Michael
Posted by Michael on July 02, 2002 at 06:51:58:
I have a prospective L/O offer to make that can be a good first deal for me if I can get it accepted but I’m concerned that the listing agent wont present the offer favorably to the seller. Can I request to be present when the offer is presented. Does the agent have to show all offers even L/O ? Thanks in advance for any Help.

According to Carleton, in your “written” offer, state that “buyer reserves the right to accompany broker to present offer”.

Michael,
I would most definately be present when submitting offer!
-let the agent know that your intentions being there will favor EVERYONE, you’ll be the cushion to comfort seller in case the agent presents poorly.
-sure the agent can present L/O, ANYTHING is possible in this game (at least that’s what my attrny said…)
