Hi does anyone have an opinion on the new foreclosue laws that were passed in Maryland yesterday. Do you think these are dangerous lease-option and subject-to properties. Whether having the deed or a Memo of lease filed… I haven’t had any problems with ones that I already have, but am a little concerned with some that I have lined up. I try to only L/O with those with good debt but need to… And I only get on deeds when their in trouble, the foreclosure haven’t come back to bite me YET… But I’m alittle concerned with what’s actually in the law.
