I do agree with you but unlike alot of gurus these guys are for real. I heard Ken and Chuck speak at the NYC Cashflow Club and they spoke about the smaller deals they started out with. I also went on a tour of their most recent deal at 240 Park Ave in Manhattan and it was amazing. After attending Scott Scheels scam fest of a bootcamp it was refreshing. To date Ray Acorn and Ken and Chuck have been the best I have seen.

I just attended a Robert Kiyosaki event in NYC. There were 8000 people there. There were 2 NYC developers there who recently built a 150 million dollar project on Park ave. I was wondering if anyone has taken Ken and Chucks classes.

I got to say thier bootcamp was excellent. I wasted money on Scott Scheels which was nothing more than a sales event much like Ron Legrands another joke. Ken and Chuck had no outside speakers and personally taught the whole thing. They showed us current projects like a 143 million dollar condo development at 240 Park ave NYC. They only allowed 50 people at the event and even fed us.

I attended their 4 day event held in NYC and it was great. It was 100% teaching unlike Scott Scheel’s where they sell you 9 times a day. These guys are doing it for real in Manhattan which is the toughest area of the country.If you want seminarland world this is not for you. If you want real world training taught by real pros look into it. I would like to see all of these gurus come into NYC and build a 150 million high rise like Ken and Chuck. They took us on a tour of their projects which was amazing.
