I have the same clause in my contract. I deal mostly in my own park as well, but I have used the clause in other parks. In addition, I stipulate that if the tenant is evicted from the park, the note is due and payable in full.

How can you guarentee the PM that after you have sold the MH in his park that the buyer will stay and pay lot rent…Should there be something put in the contract about this?
I deal in my own park, but i can tell you what i do. I have a part in the contract that says the Home CAN NOT be moved until the loan is paid in full. So then you can tell they will probly stay there at least the full 3 years, unless they pay it off early. Briton
