Hello All,

My wife has finally convinced me to move back to her stompin’ grounds, Kansas City. I’m an east coast guy, so I anticipate a bit of an adjustment.

Was hoping that the board could provide some feedback on any of the following:

  1. RE Clubs - I’m aware of 2, KCIG and MAREI. Any thoughts on either of these, or know of any others?

  2. General Market - Would you consider this an active investor market?

Since MY network of friends in KC is for the most part zero, I’ll be looking to meet new folks with similar interests. I plan on finding some rehab opportunities to start, so any direction or info would be great.
