Jermil,
I noticed in your E-mail address that you are at Northwestern?
So you are looking to do deals in the evanston area?
City?
Where?
Just curious, I used to live in Illinois.
As for forms, frankly, most decent courses on the L/O topic come with them.
Bronchick has some good ones, and there are other courses sold here as well.
The courses on a single method of investing are usually not that expensive, they will give you reference as well as some forms to run by your competent local attorney for compliance with local laws.
Although honestly, when I did my very first L/O, in Illinois, I used a Legrand form that my attorney said was “just fine”.
Also, ask questions here as you study the course.
In my opinion, Chicagoland is a GREAT place, the suburbs anyway, to do lease options.
Just make sure you buy right and leave yourself plenty of cushion these days.
You might even check www.legalwiz.com for some forms. I think Bill has some there for download.
They might cost a buck or two, but he knows his stuff.
Good luck,
Jim FL
