John, I also wanted to give you the apartment association’s website, it may be of use. It is aptassoc.com. It is also very cheap to join, only $45 a year. They have downloadable leases, applications, and all sorts of useful things on there, however you have to be a member to use them. If you wish to join and need a sponsor, just let me know. JOHN, JOINING THE APARTMENT ASSOCIATION IS A GOOD WAY TO START, I AM FROM ERIE AND THAT WAS ONE OF THE FIRST THINGS I DID AFTER STARTING IN REAL ESTATE INVESTING. I’M STILL A BEGINNER AS WELL, BUT LEARNING DAILY----GOOD LUCK WITH EVERYTHING
