any foreclosure attorney worth his salt works hand in hand with his title company and abstract company throughout the foreclosure process, beginning to end.
The abstract company actually answers questions and reviews pleadings before they are filed with the court and if there are errors sends them back to the attorney for correction to insure minimal delays and no errors. At the end of the process, they issue a Certificate of Regularity which is almost a shoe-in for getting title insurance. Check if your state has a similar process.
