Thanks. I have heard warnings about Ross’s other programs. I have heard from others who have been successful with his system, but they did not say much about his contracts. I am looking at several other authors, and trying to model my own contract by picking and chosing the best from each. It’s hard, but I think the effort will be worth it. I may even have a lawyer look it over when I finish, but I want to use plain English, so…
Would anyone like to comment on John Ross’s Lease Purchase program? I think that it sounds ok, but I just starting to learn about real estate. I am trying to find the ah hah that always lurks below the surface.
Thanks in advance to anyone who takes the time to shed some light.
You get what you pay for! and John Ross’ books are FREE!! His ideas are good but they can be dangerous for a newbee. He teaches the right way to lease purchase along with a “not so good way” to lease purchase. I used his forms in the begining and sellers actually read them and pointed out type-o’s and contradictions. I hemmed-hawed through it and found new forms. I use Bronchick’s now.
I did make a several thousand dollars using just his materials but I soon realized I needed better paperwork and a better way to handle lease purchases.
Take his free books and read them with a grain of salt, be wary of his other offers(EBC’s or whatever they are).
I have not tried or heard of John Ross so my opinion is not valid, but I do have Bill Bronchick’s L/O Course and I highly recommend it. It can be purchased from this web site.
I have completed many L/O’S before purchasing Bill’s course. The course filled in some gaps I was missing which has added to our “Tool Box” of Creative Strategies.
