Hello Vic…

Hey now - that was some very nice stuff to read, and much appreciated. I am particularly pleased that you feel you got so much out of the private sessions - though truthfully, that is perhaps the primary reason I enjoy presenting CREO-related events! Terry and Ed have always been big believers in that approach and availability as well.

Of course the kind comments were especially appreciated, but the unique and intriguing way you shared your experiences here brought all the special moments back for me as well. John Behle has such a devout following, and is responsible for providing the major training for some truly outstanding success stories who have gone on to build incredible businesses; including Wayne Palmer, who in the 11 years I have known him, has become a major player in the professional real estate exchangor marketplace as well. Very nice to see him join in on an event like this for our side of the fence!

Of course, Mike Morrongiello has been prominent in the cash flow industry for over 26 years now, and has put out some excellent materials. And working with Ed & Terry at these things (even moreso the private time I get to spend with them when we are together) is unquestionably a major part of the attraction for me.

And I have to say, at this event in particular, the attendees made the Boot Camp one of the most enjoyable events I have worked over the years. There was a lot of talent in that room! Pretty much all of you are doing some neat things - and some, like Rick Harmon, Mike Cantu, John Bittel, Dave DeGroot, and Dean Engel, to name just a few, were particularly interesting to speak with when the opportunity presented itself. The private “hall time” throughout the session was tremendous both ways this time in particular. What a real pleasure that was, indeed. So thanks again for reminding me of how truly special it was, and look forward to bumping into you again over the years to come.

John - I just wanted to say thanks again for taking the time to organize that bootcamp. I got alot out of it & it was well worth the time & money. Just the old DVD’s alone are worth the price of the seminar in my opinion.

Michael - You have a ton of knowledge on notes. But, having gone through your course once before & having brokered a note to you once before, I already knew that. But still your sessions were invaluable & I’m glad you were there to teach them. The way you laid everything out was very orderly & I was really able to relate well to it. There is so much to be learned from you. I’m sure I’ll be able to use some of this info somewhere down the line.

David - Like Michael, it’s obvious you also possess some incredible info on notes. I have to tell you though, I really enjoyed chatting with you outside the seminar just as well. I know that one night you were half asleep, but still you answered questions as if you were totally alert. I got the impression, you could do these notes in your sleep. LOL No doubt that little question & answer session will help me somewhere down the line also. It’s no wonder that you are the success you are. The knowledge level you possess is truly an asset to this board & very much an asset to those who went to the seminar or got to pick your brain afterwards.

Terry - Although I’ve been to the CRE convention once, I never really heard you speak before. Your presentation had me laughing the whole time. I especially learned how to deal with banks by listening to you. You took the mystery out of that aspect of it. And that mitigation bank you find yourself in is priceless. Please keep us posted on that. I’m very grateful for your session as it really helped cut through some of the mystery of notes & banks.

Ed - I already knew you were as helpful as could be, having met you also at a CRE convention & having talked to you once on the phone. There is no doubt that what you teach is a great compliment to the note biz & that mortgages are needed, sometimes by themself & sometimes in combination with notes, to have optimal effects. The energy & chemistry you & Terry have are easily noticed. You’ll are 2 characters that just crack me up. I also appreciate how during the Dealmakers session, you & Terry totally analyzed my deal from every which angle you could think of. Watching you, Terry & David’s lines of thinking as you analyzed the deal was extremely interesting to watch.

Wayne - I don’t know if you read these boards or not, but your presentation was truly something not to be missed. If I ever get the chance I would like to see that again when you’re able to spend a little more time on the details. It was like getting a glimpse of the deals you’re doing, but not being able to take it all in. So if ever you do a one or two day seminar on that, you can count me in.

So once again to all of you, I send a great big THANK YOU for making the seminar what it was. I know, without a doubt it will propel me forward. It already has in my mind. I’m a better investor for having attended this seminar & that’s about all I could ask for.
