I purchased John’s KISS course months ago and recommend it highly. It has been very helpful. I also contacted him via email and received the password to the FAQ section on his web site; however, it has not worked. That was about 2 months ago and I have tried numerous times. I have emailed him and left a message on his voice mail and gotten no response. Is anyone else experiencing this problem? I would really like to be able to use his FAQ section as I think he only allows access to it for a year and the clock is ticking. I would imagine it would be very educational and helpful as his course certainly is.

My webmaster is cleaning up the mess I made by trying to “do it myself”. Send any questions to me via email…I generally respond, albeit slowly. The same questions will hit the FAQ once my guy straightens it out. And don’t worry about the clock, because it wouldn’t be right to start it ticking UNTIL the &(%&$(! FAQ is consistently functioning.
