Hi everyone! I would like to know if anybody has purchased any of John Burley’s products. If so, are they worth the money? They are very expensive. Anyway, the products I was looking at are called The Perfect Storm and the other one is Ultimate Cashflow. Does anybody have any opinions on these two products? I am a newbie and want to learn how to invest in real estate. I would like to learn how to do deals where you get them under contract and assign them to another buyer and then later once I have more money I would like to do lease options. I heard he teaches both of these strategies. Also, can anybody recommend some good sources for learning how to do short sales? Thanks in advance for your replies.
