I have been considering purchasing Joe Kaiser?s course ?Mitigate This ? The Short Sale Alternative.? Some of the best education I have ever received in real estate investing has come from Joe.

Can anyone who has this course tell me if it was a good investment for them? Also, can anyone tell me when this was written and if the information is still timely?

Have all of Joe Kaiser’s courses…Def. AWESOME! Very timely and up to date. My favorite is his Foreclosure course…I still reference it from time to time for ideas.

No idea on when it was written though.
