Check out KMT, they are good at this. Tell them what you need on their website and see what they can do. http://www.kmtpartners.org/home/3580

JOE KAISER’S helping hand…finding deep pockets - Posted by larryotb

Good evening,
I bought Joe Kaiser’s “Totally Dominate your Foreclosure Market”.
I am very interested in using the helping hand program.
I have 3 strong leads with people w/ high equity and in arrears and want to stay in the house.
One owner:
owes 12K arrears
FMV: 300
equity after arrears: 110
Owner wants to stay in house and needs about 15K (including legal fees).
Under the helping hand program, I would be on the deed with the owner. After 2 years, they would refi and we would split the equity. It is a tough sell but the tough thing for me is finding a READY investor to fund these type of deals.
The other two deals are very similar w/ 75K-100K in equity.
My question is this, how can I attract an investor to fund these type of deals.
