Hello,
Joe Kaiser mentions a technique for selling lease/option houses in his “Ultimate Lease Option Strategy Course”.
What kind of answering machine is he referring to when he says that it has several different mail boxes, each with its own greeting that he uses to give information about each house.
I haven’t been able to find any answer machines with this capability. Does anyone know what I’m talking about?

He is most likely not talking about an actual answering machine, rather some type of voice mail service offered by most local phone providers. In Texas, I believe South Western Bell and AT&T offer this service.
