I am currently listening to the archives from the previous shows. Found a way to double my learning now. Surf this site, and get RE info fed into your ear. Well, this will work until smoke starts rolling out my ears. Shouldn’t be far off.

*** This Week’s Expert - Joe Kaiser ***

Our next show is this Thursday, February 6th, and our guest
is super-investor, Joe Kaiser. As you may know, Joe Kaiser
is an absolute genius when it comes to finding and tracking
down really motivated sellers.

We’re going to talk with Joe about why “traditional”
marketing for real estate deals does NOT work. Yep. You
read it right. Joe Kaiser says, “Don’t waste your money on
classified ads, bandit signs, brochures, and other methods
designed to get sellers to call you.” Listen in to find out
what Joe says works way better…

Just go to: to listen in.

What questions do you want to ask Joe? This is your
chance! Call 1-888-327-0061. Or email your question to:

Good stuff, Maynard . . . - Posted by JoeKaiser

I’m spilling the beans and talking about some things no other investor I know of has figured out before, much less talked about. I’ll give you a hint . . . this comes straight out of my as yet unpublished “stalking the motivated seller” course.

Let your competition blow all their money on ads, billboards, flyers or bandit signs designed to attract “no equity” sellers . . . and let’s you and I focus on knocking down five figure equity deals we can pick up for cents on the dollar.

Tune in and be ready to learn. If you thought short sales was a hot concept . . . I suggest come Thursday morning you may want to consider keeping a pair of oven mitts handy.

If you’re tired of hearing the same old same old, rehashed and retold from every other “a whole 2 years in the business” guru, (I know I am), then do not miss this event. One thing is for certain . . . . we will be smokin!
