Couldn’t quite take the entire video on the above site. Same song and dance. These guys are a dime a dozen claiming to want to give you more family time and a guaranteed income. They are in the business of selling courses and mentoring.
i checked out his website. seems interesting. on thing i did notice is that he says he covers 3 ways to do deals but in the video i couldnt see what the ways were. does anyone know the ways of doing deals he teaches?
I’ve emailed Jeff on a few occasions asking some questions. To my surprise he did respond back quickly. I haven’t taken his course as of now but plan to in the near future if I decide to get into this business full-time. I’m currently a tele-marketer for At&t and this business is very intriguing to me and the potential it has. It does seem that Jeff is very helpful and a true individual from the various email communications we’ve had in the past. I don’t know if that helped any!

Jim,
There was a post about this down below, but I got his course awhile back for $197. For the money it’s definitely worth it as he goes over 3 different strategies that I never heard of before. I did have some trouble grasping the concepts at first but thats why I believe he offers the 30 day email mentoring which has definitely helped me a lot. I give the course a 9/10 overall
Got the course. I’m still going through it and it’s been very good. Top information and I’m sure I’ll be able to make it work. I’m not sure if I’m allowed to state the 3 strategies but they’re basically lease/option flips owner financing flips and partnering with sellers. The course is one of the best for the price

I should also add that his responsiveness to emails and help is good. I’ve emailed him at least 15 times or even more and he’s gotten back to me in less than a day. Hope this info helps…Janette
