I spoke with a women today here in Baltimore, who answered one of my I buy homes ads. She told me that her husband owned a home in Jacksonville and since has died after being married to her for 5 weeks. She told me that she wants to dump it if the bank has’t already taken it. I would like to know if there is a web site for fla. that where if I punch in the address it will verify the owner? If things work out right, and there is an investor that would like to take care of the deal on that end, and I do what I can on this end, we can both make some money.
