Sometimes I get so involved with the mechanics of a deal I overlook the fact I’m dealing with human beings. As investors we can provide a great service. Like the woman whose house was in foreclosure without a dime of equity. Who got the money she needed and avoided the foreclosure. Or the young couple that were renting who bought her house with no money down and no closing costs to pay. They kept saying this must be a miracle. Maybe it was. But that’s the kind of things we can do. As investors the sky is the limit. The more you help others the more comes back to you.
