it is necessary to buy a course? - Posted by chai sag

Hi Chai Sag,
Welcome to CreOnline. We like it, hope you will too.
This is a great site as far as information, networking, etc. is concerned. However it is only half of what you will need. What you get here are some great real world input. People on this site (including myself) are doing deals. The courses teach us all how to locate and execute those deals.
It sounds as if you are looking into RE investing to see if this is an option for you. I would take advantage of all of the free info here to help you come to that conclusion. Then I would learn everything I could about the area which you want to focus on, and I would also try to get a working understanding of all of the other areas, so if something comes up you can initially recognize it, before moving onto it.
So welcome and good luck.
Dirk Roach
P.S. you also will want to lose the all caps as they denote shouting on internet message boards, and are hard to read.

As usual, I agree with Dirk. These courses are not get rich schemes. They are people who have developed business systems over time. These systems keep you from having to reinvent the wheel. The material provided is a great background for starting in Real Estate Investing. As you read more of the posts and meet people, you will learn what niche you wish to pursue. It is important to remember that these courses are an educational investment in yourself. These businesses can become your means to financial freedom. Without proper education, success can be hard to find. Like most people, I had hoped to spend the least and gain the most. It is also true that you get what you pay for. I would encourage you to research the courses. Read the author’s articles on this site. Send them email or make posts. Many of them monitor this site regularly and will respond.

Do not hesitate to ask questions. Find out who on this site is making a living doing what you want to do. They will be the people you go to when you need to fine tune what you learned from the courses. If you do not know exactly what your niche may be yet, I highly suggest spending the money to attend the CREONLINE convention. I scraped the money together and made it to the last one. The first deal I did paid for the entire trip. I did this with info I gained from speakers at the convention. I gathered more info by ordering the courses that speakers presented that were in my niche. I also find that I return back to my notes from the convention. The material presented was of very high calibre. I find that techniques used in other forms of Real Estate Investing can be adapted to my business and improve it greatly. Most of all, I got a chance to meet people like Dirk face to face. When I get confused, I call the people I met at the convention and get help.

The education never stops. I hate to think of the money I spent on college books that I discarded the minute the final exam was over. This is not true with the REI material. I take it with me everywhere. I listen to the tapes in my car. The education continues as my business succeeds. I spend a good portion of my profits on more courses and material so as to increase my profits and better my business for the future.

I wish you well in this adventure.

Tony
