I am considering an offer on an REO that has been on the market for over one year. I am certain the bank does not want the property for another winter! Is Zero down on REo’s possible? ;and if so how do you go about setting up the deal. It is my understanding that the bank wants to do very (and I mean VERY) little to close the deal as they are looking at a significant loss on this particular property. Meaning well flow rate, survey etc.
