I would like to say since the person arrested does not own the house and YOU do, that this would not be a issue. But we all know what it can be like when dealing with Federal Agencies. Sounds like all they have to do is say they believe YOU as the home owner knew of the activity and now its your word against theirs.
Pretty scary, I sure wouldnt want to ever have to deal with it.
