can’t hurt… my wife and myself found an estate sale in our state, a few years ago… good deal, they wanted to sell fast with-out the family getting theirs hands on it, bought it for 25,000, it appraised for 37,000 and we sold it for 58,000, after a few things like new carpet and some minor paint … but we stll had the thing called taxes after sale that still spoils some of the monies that you can make… good luck …

Hi all,
I was trying to think of the best approach to getting started in Rental Properties
and was thinking that going to visit property’s and writing up offers would
be the best way to kick start my investment program. Any opinions/advice on this
approach? Guess I could just watch the Carlton video again and he would tell me but
thought getting input from “average” people would give me more insight/inspiration.
