Anyone can learn how to buy a property with little or no money down. The techniques really work; however, what you need to keep in mind is that your market, your contacts (networking) and your willingness to take action dictate how fast and how well you will do.

There are a lot of programs out there. Some work better than others in MY marketplace. You have to do some homework and figure out what might work for you.

I run an investment club in NY and have acquired my share of properties with no money. I also spent a lot of time and energy running down the wrong trails, too. We all do.

I, like alot of folks out there have seen the infomercials on late night T.V. for going on 10 years now. So I have to ask after all this time (and b.t.w. so far have never heard any complaints filed against any t.v. ads)I just want to know, Is this for real??? Can ANYONE do this successfully??? Do you need to be certified as a Cash flow specialist or broker??? Please help>>>
