Have you talked to the guy? I have and he seems regue about all the questions that I asked. Then he sent me a overview of the property and its losing like $3000 and month. I not sure about the numbers but they didn’t look good. Along with his attitude it seemed like a rip off. He lives in the park and seems to know nothing about the place. Too many Red Flags for me.
