I am wondering if there is someway, maybe via a C CORP or an LLC that can shield that large profits from Lonnie Deals. He recommends getting a “dealer” tag from the IRS, but it seems like the tax bills will be high. Can a C CORP or an LLC take care of this? Just because there are tax implications, doesn’t mean I won’t make deals. I am not that &&&&& stupid. But I want to be able to keep as much as I can. Thanks.

I’m looking into Roth IRA’s as a protection against large tax bills. Hubert Bromma has a course sold on this site. I purchased it in Atlanta from him but have yet to fully go into it. You might want to ask Dirk. Also check out Legalwiz.com for asset protection.
Asset protection is the foundation that any business is built on. Just ask the successful.
Hope this helps.

Have you checked out doing “Lonnie Deals” in your IRA or 401K Plan? It may be worth a look.
