You can answer your own question quickly, this morning, if you’ll just call one of your big banks and talk to one of their trust officers in their trust dept.

I’d be blown away if they tell you “No, we don’t have trusts in LA”.

Being that Louisiana is not based on common law does anyone know if the land trust is legal here? Thanks for your help.
