Where do I start??? I just sat down and listened to a guy named Scott Scheel talk about making a lot of money in Comm RE. I live in Ft. Lauderdale, FL and I have bought and sold a few single homes. I am also a real estate appraiser doing residential. Is there anyone out there that is investing in commercial real estate that can help a very motivated young guy by pointing him in the right direction? Where to start? Commercial Investors meetings in the area? Flipping houses is great, but it’s not the smartest way to make money. Please help!!

I don?t know too much about him just that, I met him in Orlando and sat in on one of his seminar a couple of months ago and he did give out some useful information that day. He looked like a straight up and forward guy to me but, that’s just my opinion. If I were you I would make sure there was a money back guaranty before ordering the course. I understand you want to get other peoples opinion about this guy but, remember that there is a lot of negativity out there, especially from people who are looking to get rich “TODAY” in this business but, are not willing to work for it or follow instruction to get there.
Here?s a good site dedicated to investor about all Real Estate gurus out there and there courses and what other people who have taken there courses or boot camps have to say about them.
