Would like to meet a Ron follower in South Florida.
Would like to hook up and work with that person.

I was wondering if Ron Legrand’s program is worth buying in
comparison to Carlton Sheets?

Hi Gene

I don’t have the Legrand course. But I do have his book
(first edition), it has a lot of good info in it. But of course it does not have contracts. I have heard him speak many times, and he knows what he is talking about.

He is giving a Quick Start Cash Flow Workshop in Atlanta this saturday for $59. You can get a price break sometimes at the event. I have seen that same $995. course go for less than $600. with a few extras.

Hope this helps

Scott is right, IF you have a spare grand lying around. I’d do it in a heartbeat. But if you don’t, I really think you can benefit from the smaller courses. I took his $379 “Fast Cash” course last spring and I’m now working on my 9th L/O deal. And it’s surprising how relatively easy it’s been.

I took the Sheets course prior to Legrand and enjoyed it. It taught me alot about creative thinking and about various purchase techniques, like “contract for deeds” and “wraparound mortgages”. These are handy things to know , and are valuable tools for the buy and hold investors. But it can take quite a while to gain good cash flow through the buy and hold strategy. Legrand taught me how to put cash in my pocket FAST. I wish I had taken his course first…

Buy Ron’s complete set of 3 home-study courses for $997. His website is http://www.success-di.com/

Don’t waste your time with his small programs.

And yes, Ron’s is MUCH better than Sheets.
