Ray’s course is good for any kind of commercial property. He includes the following commercial property types in his course: office, retail, warehouse, multifamily, etc. He also teaches how to structure the deal, fund the project, and a lot more. The knowledge containing in his course is priceless.
I also own a few courses of Dave Lindahl (apartment building guru). His course is good and mainly focus on apartment/multifamily. However I learn a lot more from from Ray’s course. Study both their courses if you have time.

Does the courses funding criteria fit todays market and those with credit and lack of alot of cash…the funding is the problem i am running into as im sure alot of investors are…thanks
