Years ago I knew a couple that had sold a magazine publication, where they did very well, and decided to lived in Europe and enjoyed it lifestyle full time. Although they tried to “broker” paper both from Europe and stateside, they ultimately found out that it was far easier to simply become an investor with some of their investment funds and put these funds to work earning above average yields secured by Real Estate Notes. They primarily used COMPETENT mortgage brokers or note brokers who had experience in working with private investors. This worked out well for the note broker and also for themselves.
