Sorry Chuck…a PM told me that any evictions of my buyers would be my financial responsibility. Since this would be my first park to work with, I wanted to find out if that was the norm…or perhaps fell under the “Greedy PM” category.

If your buyer has a lease/rental agreement with the park then the park is responsible for their eviction for non payment of lot rent. You are responsible for eviction if the buyer does not pay you.

The better way to do it is for you to pay the park and have your buyer pay you for both. You will need to have this in your contract. Also you will need to KNOW the eviction process which you might have to go through. Check with your attorney so you can be sure of the laws in your area.
