Well,around my area is happening… land has been sold to developers
for 6.2 million dollars a 2.73 industrial or commercial not one but
several lots back in december 2008 ,believe or not the area is having
massive foreclosures and a new concept town interconnected villas will
start in 2010 9000 houses will be build in the next 15 years sounds like
UNReal estate to me!!!
