I am not sure how Entrust does it but with Mid-Ohio you could establish a trust with you as trustee. Create a checking account and transfer funds to it. You then buy in the name of the trust which your IRA owns or have them tittle to Entrust Inc, custodian FBO Cynthia account #. Your only problem is that you want an non interest bearing account so that your SSN is not reported as making money off the IRA money(1098 at end of year.) You can also form LLC within the IRA but at this time I don’t believe Entrust is doing that. TASC in CA works with SAGE to do them. You can also buy beneficial interest in trusts to do leveraged property. There is an issue of unrelated business income that I am sure you have no knowledge of.

How do you use your IRA to purchase tax liens certificates or real estate investments? (i.e. Certificate/deed sales). I completed my transfer of funds into an Entrust acct. and could use some help getting started. Thank you so very much!
