What gives you the idea that you can just “remove” some other member of the LLC?
Not smart, get lawyer involved now before you make further contact with P or P’s W.

Help! I made the mistake of making a gift of 10 % of my Ohio LLC to my partners wife… a long story… Now she thinks she is running the company. How can I legally remove her? Needless to say we don’t get along. At the last members meeting my partner and I had a serious disagreement. He knows she is destroying the company, but she is his wife. You get the picture
