I have a house in Mississippi that is part of a Condo community. The development is classified as Non-Warrantable.
Investor - Full Doc 740+ scores. They would like 90% LTV. Highest I am getting is 75%.

Lenders have really started backing off from non warrantable condos. Best I’ve seen is 85% 1st loan. If seller can hold a note as well then even less down would be required. First mortgage rate at 85% would be a bit higher than normal as there is no PMI on the loan.
