I am looking for a title company, closing agent, or attorney that has done creative deals before. We were in the process of doing a flip with a title company that said they had done them before, when in the middle of the transaction we found out that we would need our own funding to close the first part of the deal (before we could close on the 2nd deal) and they misunderstood the term ‘double-closing’.
So, does anyone know who I can use for our next deal? We are in the process of rehabbing a property that we got on a ‘sub-2’ and will be putting it on the market to sell in the next 2 weeks. Thanks!
