I have struggled w/ this as well as I am in training for my broker license.

With only a short discussion, the suggestion from my atty was to take the courses, but don’t take the test.

However, if I get in JVs or dealing w/ the public to fund deals or sel properties, then get the license.

I am an investor and have had my realtor’s license in the past. I am debating about whether to re-activate the license. What are the pros and cons of that situation?
