Just a little insight. I recently went to finance 5 condos and was trying to decide in corporation or out of corporation. Lots of reasons for both.
But the one thing I found out at the banks is once the mortgage is made in a corporate name, the terms are not as flexible, negotiating rates not as flexible and the local banker had to send it off to “head office” even if it was within their approval limit.
An interesting situation that only came around due to the corporation.
