Hello everyone here on creonline,
I been doing some researching and I found a seller who wants to sell a two family flat here in MI. The home is in a good neighbor hood, It’s 3 rm’s up and three rm’s down. Items included are 2 frig, 2 stoves, 2 micorwaves and some furniture. The sellers are a older man and women who never rented out the home. They say the home was used for their residence. Their asking price is $110K which is neg. Any one interest in partning up in this deal can email me back. I’ll be out to look at the property on the inside tomorrow.
P.S If possible, do anyone have any info on where I could find hard money to put this deal together. Tried talking to the sellers about seller financing, lease options, subject-to but they say their to old to try to work with a deal like that. Thanks in advance!!
