I have 3 parks im filling up with repos 95 and newer and rehabing a lot of homes thats already in the parks,
I have pulled money from some of these homes with investors, using money from there Roth IRA. I give them a good rate of return, and the money is tax free investing through there Roth if not touched untill 59 1/2 years old.
Also have a guy that just developed 60 lots and wants me to fill them up with newer repos, and sell as land home deals, small lots so will possibly have to owner finance all these ,actually the guy is who i bought 2 of the parks from, theres some money to be made there.

I ordered both the mobile home marterial from Lonnie and Earnest Tew about 6 months ago. I have also been following this forum the past couple of months. I am intrigued by what I have been reading the past several months concerning mobile home investments.
I have an IRA that I would possibly be interested in using to invest in mobile homes and reselling them by doing “Lonnie deals”. I am interested in “teaming up” with someone that has the experience in buying and selling mobile homes to invest my IRA money, while at the same time learn the ropes of the business that I have been reading about.
Anyone that has the experience and access to mobile homes that can generate a good return let me know. We can split the notes 50/50 in exchange for your time, my money, and helping me learn the business. I have the flexibility to locate anywhere in the country if you can show a good rate of return.
