Investing out of state? - Posted by Kat

Like a past member here, I live in the Bay Area, and it doesn’t look like CS’ methods will work given the expensive real estate market. Would you suggest that I invest out of state? Or would this bring up painful property management issues?

Kat,
8 yeras ago, I faced exactly the dilemma you are facing now. And I decided to invest out of state. It has turned out great for me. I would recommend starting with SFR. Much less management hassles. Email me if you need more help.
