My name is Mark and I have been involved in real estate in a mountain community in Colorado for 10 years. I am trying to find private investors for property purchases and flips. Property hold time will be less than 6 months at a max. I need suggestions from your savy members on where to find such investors. Any input would be greatly appreciated.

Your post gives too little information to give a good answer. How the flips would be done and for whst patricular purpose ( wholesale or retail) and other intentions and goals will determine what I or others can do for you. Let me know the details and I might have helpful advise.
