What do you guys think of investing in a duplex in a city that is about to hit their “limit”, meaning the city plan will only allow about 10% more building, ever. The city is ranked as a best place to live by many.

Well, take it from my experience, just because they’re at their “limit” today doesn’t mean it can’t be changed tomorrow by the swift lobbying of some influential developers.
