Hi all,
I have been working in a big corporation in turkey as an area manager for 6 years. Last year I was able to visit Miami-Orlando with my family. I saw that those places are as beautiful as my friends who happen to have a house/apartment in Miami described me. My wife is an architect who is currently unemployed. So I got this idea of starting an international real estate business. Through my job, I had the opportunity of meeting a lot of people who have the financal opportunity of purchasing a house in the united states, yet there is no real estate company that sells houses abroad. (RE/MAX just started to sell houses in great britain, but that’s all) I am thinking of getting a frenchise of some reputable company in the united states.
So I am asking if this may be a good business opportunity. Can anyone help me with my research?
